Speakeasy on Monument
The homeowner was interested in converting this garage apartment into a true man cave bar to showcase his bourbon collection, entertain and watch a lot of sports. The existing kitchen was modified, shelving replaced upper cabinets, additional shelving was added throughout the space and many layers of lighting were installed. The bar itself is clad in whiskey barrel staves and a cavity uncovered during demolition became a secret vault for special whiskey.
